Monday Montage 265

It's already time for another Monday Montage Blog Hop!

This time I'm focusing on the July Paper Pumpkin kit Painted Flowers. This kit is phenomenal! Seriously one of the best ever. One thing I love is that not only are the card bases printed on both sides but the envelopes are printed inside and out. These things mean you can really stretch your supplies to create lots of alternatives.

On this first one I used die cut from the Crafting With You. I loved using it to focus on one of the flowers.

This card is created with the front of one of the envelopes. I added an extra score line at the top.

I love when the envelopes are beautiful too. You can really stretch your materials when you cut up the envelopes. I opened up the envelopes and then cut the piece from the front. From there I cut down the printed inside.

This one uses a part of an envelope as well. Plus I stamped the flower image and colored it with Blends. I added some ink to the edges using a small blending brush.

Monday Montage 264

Monday Montage is here again! I can't wait to see what everyone has created this week.

I decided to play with the new Online Exclusive Changing Leaves bundle. It incudes a hybrid embossing folder and die. Have you tried these? They cut and emboss all at once! So cool.

I used Lost Lagoon, Crushed Curry and Moody Maeve for my card. I cut a piece of Moody Mauve to 4 x 5 1/4 and used my Blending Brush on the edges to add some contrast.

Easy Thank You Cards with Full of Life

I'm always in need of thank you cards and I love when I can create a stack of beautiful ones all at once. The new Stampin' Up! Full of Life paper pack is absolutely stunning and allowed me to do just that.

These first cards are truly made from a single piece of Designer Series Paper from the Full of Life 6 x 6 pack. It's cut to 3 x 5 1/2. Add a little twine and a die cut sentiment popped up with dimensionals and you are done.

Another great piece of paper from the Full of Life pack. I used the My Small Business stamp set for these which if rather fitting, don't' you think?

For this one I was playing around with stamping off. I stamped the image three times in a row without reinking it. I think I can use some practice but it's a fun look. I decided to pop up a thanks over my twine a well.

Mediterranean Blooms Class Projects by EMK Creations

I recently held a class with the Mediterranean Blooms suite. I held it in person and offered it as a to go by mail class.

We created four projects including a card, a covered notebook, a set of notecards and a 5 x 7 piece that could be framed. Here's a quick video of the projects.

Here is the card we created. I love it when the dies in a suite cut out images from the coordinating Designer Series Paper. As much as I love fussy cutting this does save time. This would make a great birthday card or thank you card.

This is the covered notebook. It measured 5 x 8 and we wrapped the ribbon to hold the cover closed. Unfortunately the lemons do not have coordinating dies so we had to fussy cut them.

We created a set of five notecards using the Basic White notecards and envelopes. I love the size of these and how easy it is to create a set of cards to use or gift. The new Labeled With Love punch is the perfect size to add a sentiment to these adorable cards.
