I did not cut up many of the bases since they are all fairly plain but I still had fun creating alternatives.

I especially loved the the rounded stamp that created wreaths.

I am always in need of birthday cards so that is what I focused on for a lot of my cards.

Masculine cards are harder for me (I always want to put flowers on everything!) so this kit made it fun and easy to create with.

The first thing I always do is cut down my bases and even my envelopes to give me more to work with. Add in card stock bases and you are ready to create.

Each quarter Stampin' Up! offers coordinating add on dies that can be purchased. The newest set contain this fun sign post that coordinates with this kit. The dies are called Wonderful Scenes Dies (#168665). They are $13 and you must be a subscriber to purchase.

The new Homemade Sweetness suite is adorable. From the cheerful paper patterns featuring jams and honey to the adorable Ladybug Picnic 3D embossing folder there is something to make everyone smile.

For this first card I let the embossing folder do most of the work! Paired with the ladybug print paper it's a perfect combination.

The Filled With Sweetness stamp set has so many fun stamps to feature including cute puns. For this card I did tone on tone stamping which makes for fun backgrounds.

The cute jar images are perfect for fussy cutting. Blue is my favorite color so I love this one. I used the Ladybug Picnic embossing folder again.

I'll let you in on a little secret about this one...it doesn't open the same way! I cut the smaller piece of card stock wrong so instead of it opening on the right hand side it is glued onto the front panel and opens with it.

Isn't this bunny in the Easter Basket suite adorable? Has me ready for spring!

I created this fun card as one of the Make a Takes for my Open House this past weekend. This layout is a great one to copy and use over and over!

I used 1" x 4 3/4" strips and my Poppy Parade strip is 1" x 4".

I chose to pair them with colored pencils. I hadn't used either in a long time. I love stamping on crumb cake card stock and coloring with the pencils.

Do you like using Watercolor Pencils? The Blender Brushes definitely make the look smoother.
